Retakes, Revisions, & AI Policies

Retakes (my errors): Free of charge.
Revisions (script changes after recording):
- Minor (1-2 words): $50
- Major (2+ words): $100 minimum
- Re-reads (30%+ of script): Original rate
Performance Retakes (undirected sessions): One free round for tone/delivery adjustments. Subsequent rounds are charged as Revisions. Pronunciation preferences not specified in advance will be treated as Revisions.
Change Requests: Highlight changes in the script or provide surrounding sentences and time index (if applicable). Submit within 30 days of receiving the recording; after 30 days, original rates apply.

Client agrees not to use my recordings/performance for:

Creating synthetic voices or machine learning.
Simulating my voice or likeness, or creating a "digital double."
Selling/transferring recordings to third parties without my consent.
Entering agreements on my behalf without my consent.
Client agrees to securely store digital recordings to prevent unauthorized access, including using encryption for cloud storage.
