Retakes, Revisions, & AI Policies

Retakes (Performance Errors):
Any mistakes on my end (misreads, technical issues, missed lines) are corrected at no charge.
Performance Adjustments (Undirected Sessions):
One round of minor performance adjustments (tone, pacing, delivery) is included if requested within a reasonable scope.
Additional rounds will be billed.
Script Changes (After Recording):
Changes to the script after recording are billed as follows:
- Minor Changes: Small edits affecting a few lines or sentences — $50 minimum
- Moderate Changes: Paragraph-level updates or multiple changes — $75–$150
- Major Changes / Rewrites: Large portions or 30%+ of script — charged at original project rate
Pronunciation & Direction:
Pronunciations, tone preferences, and style direction not specified prior to recording may result in revision charges.
Change Requests:
Please:
- Highlight all script changes clearly
- Provide updated copy or timestamps where applicable
Revision Window:
Revision requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
After 30 days, revisions are billed at standard project rates.

For all new and international clients, a 50% upfront deposit is required before recording begins.

This secures your project in my schedule and allows me to dedicate the necessary time and resources to deliver high-quality, on-time results.

The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to final file delivery.

This structure helps ensure:

Clear expectations on both sides
Efficient project turnaround
A smooth, professional working relationship

For ongoing or returning clients, flexible payment arrangements may be available.

All voice recordings and performances provided are for the agreed-upon project use only.

The client agrees not to use, reproduce, or modify any recordings for the purpose of:

Training artificial intelligence or machine learning systems
Creating synthetic or cloned versions of my voice
Simulating my voice, likeness, or performance in any form
Generating a digital replica or “voice double”

Recordings may not be sold, transferred, sublicensed, or shared with third parties outside the scope of the original agreement without prior written consent.

Additionally, the client may not represent, license, or enter into agreements on my behalf under any circumstances.

The client agrees to take reasonable steps to protect all delivered audio files from unauthorized access or distribution, including secure storage practices where applicable.

Any use outside the agreed scope requires prior written approval.
